We always endeavor to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.
Your purchase is eligible for exchange/refund only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Products that have fold marks or are creased/crushed do not count as defective, and will therefore not be eligible for exchange or return.
- This is not applicable for any items bought on sale and cushion fillers once they are removed from the vacuum packaging. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
As our products are only released in small batches, replacements will be offered based on availability of the product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If, for any other reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
