If possible, we’ll visit the site to assess its unique characteristics and take necessary measurements. Following this, we’ll provide a detailed fee proposal for your approval. Once approved, we’ll develop a preliminary concept, including the overall look and feel and spatial layout.

Depending on the project's complexity and duration, this stage may be further divided into more focused segments to ensure every aspect is meticulously addressed.
